The Correct way to fit your helmet

First adjust the back of the helmet to make it bigger than you need, place it on your head covering part of your forehead, then tighten so it is comfortable and holds the helmet in position.

Next adjust the side straps so where the two meet is just under your ear. Some "ear pieces" will lock into position.

Then tighten the straps so that you can fit three fingers between the strap and your chin.

Most helmets come with a small black elastic band that you press into the clip, this stops the straps from slipping and prevents the need for readjustment each time you wear the helmet. If you do not have a black band with your helmet a normal small elastic band does just as well!
