What you will need.

A Bike in good order.

Brakes working on both front and back wheels. Tyres with good tread, and pumped up. Please see Simple bike check. All bikes must be in a road worthy condition.

Don't worry if you don't already own a bike, I can lend you one of mine to get you started.

Knowledge of the highway code.

It is a legal requirement for all road users including cyclists!

An hour and half for a session
